Why Your Goals, Intentions & Vision Boards Might Suck

We’re already a few weeks into 2013 and this’s the time to reevaluate what your putting forward. It always amazes me how many people are focused on outcomes and the things extrinsic to themselves when it comes to the art of creation. If you fall into this category your focus is on things you CANNOT control. In this week’s Vlog I share the 1 degree shift that makes all the difference in creating intentions, goals, vision boards and resolutions with the things you CAN control.

Thanks for Tuning IN!

Guilty of a board. I have also shifted to feelings instead of the physical. For example, I have a picture of a beach because i have been to one and i know it makes me feel peace, and that’s a feeling (of 6) that i want to focus on this year. This is something new for me. But truthfully I also want to see my family and i there. What are your thoughts on using the vision board as a catalyst for feelings and therefore my internal growth and moving forward? Thanks again fir being awesome.
